I think the election will be about inflation, because that is what the media has focused on all year. You hear almost nothing about the progress we have made. And while people are worried about abortion, they have been trained to put economics first. ie Dems almost always lose on social issues. As for Democracy- it is too difficult to comprehend that it could end. Its like climate change- people ignore it because its too hard to take in.

I would say Dems need to get control of the economic conversation asap.
